How a whistleblowing platform works
A person reports an irregularity using the reporting platform.
The reporting officers deal with this enquiry and investigate the situation further (in compliance with the data protection guidelines).
Once the case has been investigated, the reporting officers make recommendations to the management if necessary and inform the person who reported the case of the outcome.
This is what White Sparrow looks like

Many customisations possible
If your logo is integrated, it will appear on every page of the signalling system. The font and background colour can be selected to match the corporate design. The description texts can also be customised. Each user can also select their preferred language.

Submission of a notice
When a report is submitted, some key data is requested as standard, e.g. when the incident occurred and whether people already know about it.

Processing of the notice
Within the whistleblowing platform, it is possible to communicate with the whistleblower as well as with colleagues. The corresponding colour scheme makes it clear at a glance who can read a comment.
